Congratulations to Amanda Nava Estill, SWGRC Director of Transportation, on her selection to participate in the 2026–2027 South GeorgiaLEADS Regional Leadership Initiative (RLI) class!

The Regional Leadership Initiative is an eight-month leadership development program that brings together participants from across South Georgia. Through the program, class members gain a deeper understanding of the issues and opportunities shaping the region while building the leadership skills, connections, and knowledge needed to make a positive impact in their communities.

Amanda looks forward to dedicating herself to the program, strengthening her leadership skills, and sharing her own experience and knowledge with fellow leaders from across the region.
