The GICH 2026 Spring Retreat is officially open for registration. This annual gathering brings together housing leaders, local government officials, nonprofit partners, and community development professionals from across Georgia for collaborative learning and strategic planning.
If your community is engaged in housing strategy, downtown revitalization, zoning reform, workforce housing, or neighborhood stabilization, this retreat is designed for you.

- Hotel Rate Deadline: Monday, March 16, 2026
After March 27, a $25 late fee will be added.
💳 Registration Information
- Registration Fee: $150
- Applies to all attendees who are not members of current GICH communities or GICH program staff, including alumni communities and guests.
- Each attendee must register individually. Do not submit multiple names under one registration.

🏨 Hotel Accommodations
To secure event rates, reservations must be completed by March 16, 2026.
Participating hotels include:

- Comfort Inn & Suites – $110++ per night
