The GICH 2026 Spring Retreat is officially open for registration. This annual gathering brings together housing leaders, local government officials, nonprofit partners, and community development professionals from across Georgia for collaborative learning and strategic planning.

If your community is engaged in housing strategy, downtown revitalization, zoning reform, workforce housing, or neighborhood stabilization, this retreat is designed for you.

After March 27, a $25 late fee will be added.

  • Registration Fee: $150
  • Applies to all attendees who are not members of current GICH communities or GICH program staff, including alumni communities and guests.
  • Each attendee must register individually. Do not submit multiple names under one registration.
