Georgia Academy Brings “The Essentials” to Americus
Community leaders, elected officials, and local decision-makers are invited to take part in The Essentials, a one-day interactive course offered by the Georgia Academy for Economic Development.
Designed for anyone interested in helping their community grow and thrive, The Essentials explores the building blocks of a vibrant local economy and manageable growth. Participants will strengthen their collaborative leadership skills while learning about the key investments and strategies that contribute to successful communities.
The session will be facilitated by Jenny Robbins and Andy Camp and is open to elected officials, community leaders, local decision-makers, and others interested in economic and community development.
The Essentials also serves as the cornerstone course for those interested in becoming a Georgia Academy Graduate. Participants pursuing the designation complete The Essentials along with three Advanced Topic courses.
Space is limited, so interested participants are encouraged to register early.
