About the instructor: Chuck Griffith is an approved trainer for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Georgia Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) program. He is the only trainer in Georgia with over 40 years of experience as a contractor and has been training contractors since Georgia began its lead program.   • RRP Lead Paint Certification is Federal EPA & Ga. EPD Law
  • All Contractors working on residential housing built pre-1978 must be lead certified
  • Fines for doing work on pre-1978 housing can be as much as 37,500.00 per violation.
