He is the only trainer in Georgia with over 40 years of experience as a contractor and has been training contractors since Georgia began its lead program.   • RRP Lead Paint Certification is Federal EPA & Ga. EPD Law
  • All Contractors working on residential housing built pre-1978 must be lead certified
  • Fines for doing work on pre-1978 housing can be as much as 37,500.00 per violation.
