The City of Donalsonville is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of culverts at 10 sites across the city as part of a federally funded CDBG-DR project. The project includes demolition, installation of concrete box culverts, utility relocation, and pavement restoration. Bidders must be pre-qualified with GDOT and comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, including Section 3 and E-Verify. This contract is funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. All interested contractors must purchase plans from Watkins & Associates.
