- Must be a single family Owner-Occupied, Stick Built, Modular or Manufactured Homes
- Must be Property Owner.
- Must be a homeowner that lives within unincorporated Dougherty County
- Must have and maintain House/Fire Insurance.
- Must have Property Taxes Paid Up to Date.
