- Must be a single-family Owner-Occupied, Stick Built, Modular, or Manufactured Homes
- Must be Property Owner.
- Must be a homeowner who lives within the Boston city limits.
- Must have and maintain House/Fire Insurance.
- Must have Property Taxes Paid Up to Date.
