Services are provided Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM on a first come/first serve basis. You may call up to one week in advance to schedule a trip; or, at a minimum, call no later than 2:00 PM, the day before you need a trip. Seat availability is not guaranteed.
The best time to ride is during off peak times. Try to schedule appointments during the off peak times to increase chance of seat availability: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM. Last pick up for the day is 7:30 PM.
The Transit System reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone who jeopardizes the safety and/or comfort of other passengers.
